Job description

1.Ensure all vendor invoices with appropriate supporting documents are updated in the accounting system on a timely basis. 2.Able to adhere to the monthly deadline as tasked by your senior. 3.Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely processing of the payment cycle for the vendor invoices by offsetting thru the system. 4.Prepare payment vouchers with supporting documents for approval. 5.Ensure all accounting documents are file on time. 6.Liaise with vendors for SOA and reconciliation of vendors statements and balances. 7.Reconciling and resolving account variances. 8.Reconciliation of the AP and General Ledger’s variances, if any. 9.Managed, monitor the AP aging for any long overdue creditors. 10.Perform monthly bank reconciliation - AP Section. 11.Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements least LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences. 2.knowledge of accounts payable 3.knowledge of general accounting procedures 4.knowledge of relevant accounting software (eg: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics AX) 5.proficient in data entry and management 6.Strong numeracy skills, detailed and meticulous. 7.Able to work independently and multi task.
