Job description
  1. To distribute the service & repair orders to the field Technicians depending on skill and automotive specialty.
  2. Monitor the progress of repairs and services
  3. Optimize vehicle repair turnaround time and repair cost.
  4. Promptly update the Customer Service Team on the vehicle status and completion timing to facilitate their communication with customers.
  5. Ensure that the service/repair order quotations includes all service /repairs cost.
  6. Ensure the quotations are provided to the Customer Service Advisors in a pre-agreed timeline.
  7. Monitor the process flow and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.
  8. Coordinate the service standard of the sub-contractors
  9. Monitor the vehicles sent to the sub-contractors are serviced / repaired / returned to the Company within a pre-agreed timeline.
  10. Ensure all assigned jobs are carried out accordingly and completeness of documentation before handing over of completed vehicles to Customer Service team.
  11. Prepare all required reports.
  12. Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Superiors
  13. To handle in-coming calls
Job Requirements

Academic : min NITEC (preferred in Engineering) Experience: min 1-2 years of coordination experience Character: Sense of Urgency, Customer Service Oriented, Office administrative skills, Email writing. Team player, able to work under pressure – handles both leasing and sales customer, directly liaise with customers on repair arrangement Gender: Open Race : Open Nationality : Singaporean or PRs
